Pastor Jonathan and Margery Talley
Lead Pastors
Pastor Jonathan felt the call of God on his life at a young age to plant a life-giving church. For several years, he has served in multiple capacities in full-time ministry at churches in Maryland, Tennessee, Iowa, and Virginia. In February 2021, Pastor Jonathan and his wife, Margery, planted Oasis Church in Winchester, Virginia, which later became Vibrant City Church. Together, Pastor Jonathan and Margery set the vision and direction of the church, with a heart to see people find Jesus, grow in their faith, discover their purpose and make a difference.
Margery also serves on the leadership team leading our women’s ministry and as the Family Ministries Director, passionately investing in the next generation and empowering women to walk fully in their God-given calling.
Pastor Jonathan and Margery live in Winchester, Virginia with their five children—Elijah, Liliana, Gracelyn, Aspen, and Zechariah.
