Love Like Jesus | Pastor Lee Visone

“When Jesus picked up a towel, He showed us that real love doesn’t seek a title—it seeks a place to serve.” In this message from John 13, we explore one of the most powerful moments in Jesus’ ministry—the night He knelt to wash His disciples’ feet. While the synoptic gospels focus on what Jesus did, John reveals who Jesus truly is: God expressed through perfect love. Through this unexpected act of humility, Jesus shows us that real love begins with laying aside pride, moves us to action, and includes even those who may hurt or fail us. This sermon challenges us to follow His example, pick up the towel, and live out a love that serves others the way Christ has served us.
