Don’t Let It Die | Make Room | Pastor Jonathan Talley

"You don’t lose your fire in a moment, you lose it in a direction." Don’t Let It Die is a powerful message from Luke 24 that explores the story of the two disciples walking to Emmaus on resurrection Sunday. While God was moving in the greatest miracle in history, they were walking away in disappointment. This sermon speaks to anyone whose fire has dimmed, whose hope has shifted to past tense, or who has quietly drifted because of unanswered prayers and unmet expectations. Through the reminder that Jesus walks with us even when we don’t recognize Him, and that the Word can reignite what disappointment cooled, this message calls us to turn around, make room again, and let our hearts burn with fresh expectation.
